Major Repairs Done!
These guys are about the only good thing that came out of my experience with my home warranty company (American Home Shield). I needed major repairs done on my unit (new evaporator coil). The first company that AHS sent out said there was nothing wrong when clearly, something was. I then asked for a second opinion and Blue Sky Heating & Air came out. Mo was awesome and took his time with my unit. Andy came by later to see what the problem was. Lo and behold, it was my evaporator coil. Andy thoroughly explained what was wrong and what he was going to do on his end.
After fighting with my home warranty, Blue Sky Heating & Air LLC was able to get the part and get it installed in a reasonable amount of time. His crew that came out last night to install the new evaporator coil were nice, professional and efficient. It is now a meat locker in my house. 🙂

Came Out The Same Day!
I found Blue Sky Heating & Air through my home warranty, American Home Shield, after the first company assigned to my furnace emergency cancelled twice. Due to this I requested a transfer to another company. AHS contacted Blue Sky and they came out the same day! With the temperatures below 32 degrees I really appreciated their quick response. Andy kept me updated with his arrival ETA. Once on-site he was very professional and informative. I appreciate a company that not only tells me what they are doing, but also thoroughly explained it.
Once the issue was diagnose Blue Sky quickly located and ordered the part. As soon as the part arrived they scheduled install for the same day. Ron installed the part and was also very professional and very detailed in all the work he did.
In the 23 years that I have owned my home this is the first heating and air austin texas that quickly did what they said they would do, all the while keeping me updated. Very Knowledgeable
As one of the heating and air in austin texas, Ron with Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC came out to help us with a problem with the wiring of our new Nest thermostat. Before coming in 15 minutes, he called us to notify. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. Walked us through Nest installation, checked the outside units, climbed up the attic upstairs to make sure whether our furnaces had heat pump. He even went beyond miles when he explained with us about the difference between the mechanism of our furnace manufacturer and the other ones. Barely find an affordable and professional HVAC company like this one in Austin-Cedar Park area. Ron is a real valuable asset to Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC!
